This week was a struggle for me. I ate fast food twice and only worked out twice. I was pretty upset about this, but just couldn't seem to get motivated. However, now that I'm sitting down writing this, I realize 3 weeks ago I was working out ZERO times a week and eating fast food nearly every day. If a "bad" week is working out twice, and eating healthy every meal except two for the entire week...I'm ok with that for now. I know I need to do better this week, but I'm not going to be upset about it because I'm still doing better than I was. I'm trying to have a positive attitude!
Subway is this week's Mamavation sponsor. I absolutely LOVE Subway. When I don't feel like cooking or eating leftovers, I'm glad I have at least one quick and easy option. I love their turkey on wheat! Check out their healthy menu...they usually have a sticker posted inside with healthier sandwich options and nutritional facts listed for them. What other "fast food" (I don't really consider Subway fast food, because everything is made to order) chain has nutritional facts listed in plain view? I can't think of any!
